Our School

In our most recent Ofsted inspection, the school was graded as ‘Outstanding.’ We provide high-quality teaching from caring, conscientious staff who are committed to ensuring that every child reaches their full potential.

Christian values are fostered within our friendly school and we were rated ‘Outstanding’ in our most recent Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools (SIAMS). We have links with Darlington Deanery and the Durham Diocese.

Our Mental Health Support Team Practitioner- Angie Robinson will be holding a drop-in session tomorrow afternoon- Tuesday 12th May from 3.00 PM to offer support and advice to parents or carers who may have concerns about their child's mental health or emotional wellbeing. Please come along and see Angie if you feel this would be useful.

We have had a fantastic day celebrating David Attenborough's 100th birthday in school. The children looked fantastic, I have seen some lovely writing and art work going on around school. We had a lovely lunch outside and our lunch team made a cake to celebrate so we all enjoyed singing happy birthday on the field and blowing out the candles.

We will post more pictures next week, have a lovely weekend everybody!
